Nexova IT provides IT services exclusively to legal entities (companies, organisations) registered within the European Union and EEA. Services are provided under individual written B2B contracts. These website terms govern use of this website only, not the service engagements themselves.

All service engagements require a signed B2B contract before any work begins. The terms of each engagement — scope, price, timeline, deliverables, IP ownership — are defined in the individual contract. Website content is for informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer.

Content on this website (text, graphics, code) is the property of Nexova IT. Custom work delivered under client contracts transfers full IP to the client as specified in the contract. No reproduction of website content is permitted without written consent.
